Why to stabilize boiler load fluctuations?

Where to stabilize boiler load fluctuations?

When to stabilize boiler load fluctuations?

Well, I have an idea. the boiler could be controlled by computer, if all the electronics are in another room, and not near the boiler, but we have a controll center, similar as in a powerplan. then we cover the boiler with a material, which is used when we build the wings of commercial aeroplanes, and we use X-ray, in combination with the Van de Graaf generator. We make a computer programm, and we use two identical computers, in case if something goes wrong, the system shuts down automatically, switches to the other computer, and start again. In that computer, we make a programm for one year, exactly how much energy must be spend and when, the X,ray could controll the system thruout the computer, and could be switched to manual controller also. To stabilize the energy of the ions? Energy Stabilization of Electrostatic? I don´t know.. there is also the so called : "Electromagnetic force field" High voltage is not something I would like to play with. Another idea, could maybe be..

BL-17A is a new structural biology beamline at the Photon Factory. The high-brilliance beam, derived from the new short-gap undulator (SGU#17), allows for unique protein crystallographic experiments such as data collection from microcrystals and structural determination using softer X-rays. However, microcrystal experiments require robust beam stability during data collection and minor fluctuations could not be ignored. Initially, significant beam instability was observed at BL-17A. The causes of the beam instability were investigated and its various sources identified. Subsequently, several effective countermeasures have been implemented, and the fluctuation of the beam intensity successfully suppressed to within 1%. Here the instability reduction techniques used at BL-17A are presented.

It just has nothing to with my idea, but they knows better then me, but even they can not found solution to avoid the fluctuation .
