We sell 300.000 blades per year and now we want to start up our own production meet bandsawblades.

Then don't let the 'cat out of the bag', in case the blade manufacturer turns off the supply before the new facility is ready! Shhhhhhhhhhh! Don't share it in a global forum!!

That's a lot of footage to turn down even in bulk. Even so there are other blade manufactures that would jump on it.

Here is a company that manufactures a welder http://www.grobinc.com/bandsaw/blade-welder.htm

The band saw blade manufacturer you now use can even point you in the right direction. They may even distribute one. Industrial supply companies have them.
