Diesel Generator Cool Stop

is there anyone here generously to define the meaning of "Generator cool stop"?

Dear One,

There is proper procedure to start and stop af any system, like generator having its own procedure to stop the engine. first reduce the load and switch off the breaker, run the generator for five to ten minute to bring down the water temp to 50 degree and then swtch off the generator, this is normally called cool stop.

Other wise, switching off the generator on load, will resulting in connection rod bend, rise in temp causes pre mature failure of seals, etc.
