Data Sheet for RCA 701 FET

Over the last few years, I have searched of an on for the manufacturer's data sheet for the RCA 701.

The FET (?) is around twenty years old and has the usual Transistor Outline, TO-247 appearance. An overview of the company is at LINK

The company logo, "T" for Thomson SA is also on the component as well as the RCA label.

So what is on the component is

RCA 701 T

Just figured I might have a go and see if anyone knows of a website that has the spec/data sheet for this FET.

I found an MJE component data sheet that might be the one you are looking for.....

I have solved the problem, today of all times ...lol

Apparently the RCA701 was also made under the 2SK701 by an Asian company. They are both the same. RCA had their own numbering system outside of the international norm which made searching rather difficult. Thanks for the offer of your help, but it is no longer needed.
