Sizing a Cable from a Distribution Panel

which cable size is suitable for 400amps 3ph 220v 25m from distribution panel (loads are lights, computers, Package air conditions)

4 core 120sqmm non armoured pvc copper cable - 2nos. or

4 core 240 sqmm armoured pvc copper cable - 1nos. or

4 core 240 sqmm lineax double insulated rubber cable ho7rn-f - 1nos.

depends on your laying convenience select any one of above
