Wanted: Rods for a Retractable Cover

I am manufacturing a garden ply cover like a big umbrella, I need a rods between diameter 3/16-1/4¨ or closer, length 4 Meters in any material(Metal, plastic, PVC, Composite etc. ) with the elastic caracteristics like.

a.-Normal figure linear rect.

b.-Rollable until the diameter 40 cmts or less.

Capable to support several cyclic changes between rect and rollable.
