Tough Material to Machine

Does anyone know what material this is, CSA 450 QT? It will come in 1.5" plate and needs to be machined. May be very hard. Thanks!

Thanks! Is there a good way to mill/ drill (tooling) this type of material or is plasma the only way? Thanks!
