my pc got a virus stuck on it i can't take it out.

Buy yourself some good antivirus software, and install it. NOT Norton.

AVG works well, as does Kaspersky. There are others out there, you get what you pay for.

PS. Disconnect from the net, (physically unplug) might consider safe-mode
