	how metal oxide affect to the metal ,polyurethane bond. & if it affect how do we remove that ?

	Remove it with mechanical abrasion,(sandpaper, wire brush, wire wheel) followed by a thorough cleaning with solvent. You want to bond to the parent metal, not an oxide.
