Phase Conductors and Electrical Standards

Neutral size in 1/0.6 kV voltage. Is there any standard (NEC, IEC or others) to use Neutral smaller than phase conductor, if yes, in which condition we can use it.

What is the nature of the system you are refering to? Is 347Y/600 3 phase 4 wire?

The Low voltage power portion of the Code NFPA 70 covers circuits up to 600V.

There are provisions for 'reduced neutrals' for services and feeders under certain

conditions, but IIRC 1/0 was the lower limit.
