What are the proportions of which particular gas in LPG by volume?

I am assuming you refer to Propane. You need about 12kg of air per kg of propane for stochiometric combustion. Assuming excess air of 10% you then need 13.2 kg of air per kg of propane.

So if you know your ambient air temperature and pressure, you can work out how many m3 /hr of air you need per Nm3 of propane.
