This is zinc alloy(ZA-27).I have checked out in internet trough the help of google i and my friend itself find some other answer.Actually wat we got an idea is to use it for Pressure die ceasting for making a component. In that we need to know the shrinkage value of this material alone.

Re Alloys

Without a specific question you won't find an authoritative answer. Sometimes there are variations in alloys, test equipment, and methods. ASM and the manufacturer of the alloy are generally reliable sources. Fabrication methods and heat treat history can result in substantial variations in mechanical, electrical, magnetic, and other properties.

Actually we are using Zinc alloy(ZA-27) for pressure die casting process we are trying it out for the first time in this alloy we need to know the actual shrinkage value after the die casting process for that i am looking for the solution me and my friend itself find different answers like 1.26% & 0.8% respectively.so it will be easy if we got the above said information..
