Pt is the chemical symbol for Platinum, and 100 is short for 100Ω. Does that help?

They are a type of temperature probe, yes made with platinum and with a nominal resistance of 100ohm.

I have used them and can dig out some information if you need anything more.

Pt 100 is a resistance temperature device where at 0oC the resistance is 100ohm.
