Safety Valve

Can any body guide me,how the setting pressure of all the three safety valves (main steam,drum L.H.S&drumR.H.S)calculated

Set them less than or equal to the maximum operating pressure of whatever they are attached to. That is what the insurance company's engineer/surveyor will require at periodic inspection.
