On the right side of the screen you will find "Search this Forum". Enter cable sizing.

Calculate your motor rated current. Then check into the Cable data's books and search for the Current Rating for LV Voltage Copper Armoured XLPE cable or Aluminum Armoured XLPE cable table.

You have to decide what type of cable to used either a single core cable or a 3 core cable. Look at the table and find your motor current there and on the left column you will find the cable size. You got to consider your motor starting current, your faults level, your voltage drop and the "Correction Factors for Various Basic Ambient Temperature"

Finally. It is better to get some expert to do it for you.

Is there an Indian Standard equivalent to British Standard 7671?
