What Tests Should Aspiring Engineers Know About?

What is the Engineering List of Tests?

This question is intended to be of utility for the High Schoolers who have begun to show up on CR4.

It is likely for each set of Certification Tests, there is a companion Reading List.

- So I imagine it would be nice for the youths in our midst, if answers did name the important tests, and include some of the books or manuals, crucial for preparation for these tests.

The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) is the national organization for testing engineers for certification in the United States and is composed of the engineering and surveying license boards of the U.S. states and territories. Go to thier web site at http://www.ncees.org/ and look at the specific test in the dicipline of interest. Should there be references that are suggested to bring to the exam and/or to know well they list them for each test cycle. They also have a link to a list study references and sample questions.
