Hello Muntaka Wada,

After reading your post, I don't think you will get what you need from answers to your post. You are not going to get what you want for free. What you need is an engineer working in professional capacity. This means that you will have to pay money for help in this area. I am a Chemical Engineer and would be happy to help. If you feel this is an option you would like to explore, please send me a private email. Just click on my screen name and write me an email.

Mike

Soya bean oil or any other vegetable based oil need absolutely no chemicals to deodorize!

The basic principle to deodorize vegetable based oils it to heat them to almost boiling point and to add water to them from the bottom (via a tube or pipe introduced to the bottom of the pan being used).

It is imperative:1- to introduce the water at the bottom of the oil being heated because the reaction is violent and produce a lot of heat and the oil might catch fire if the water is introduced near the oil surface. 2- to stay away of the pan or to shield the pan top at the moment of introducing the water; the reaction provokes a burst of steam that can harm people standing nearby.

If you have to repeat the process, it is recomended that you install your boiling pan so that its top is higher than the average person's height.

If your installation has a steam source, you might use steam through a horizontal cross, made of perforated pipe, immersed in the oil, that rotates near the pan bottom and which is steam fed from a vettical pipe running from the top to the center of the cross.

thanks for your help. can i use ordinary drum (which has a pipe and connecting the water pipe at the bottom) as my tank and put the source of heat under, then introduce the water through the pipe when the oil is heated?

Of course! (depending on the volume of oil you need to deodorize) You will need to feed the water after the oil being heated has just reached the boiling point and take care to feed the water very little at the time. after the deodorizing process has been completed, you will need to boil the oil, in order to evaporate any excess water that might be left in it.
