turbulence flow meter

Is there any flow meter to measure the turbulent flow other than venturi meter?

Turbulent flow of what fluid? At what temperature and pressure?

I want to know about turbulent flow meters in general, I know only about venturi flow meter, i want to know about other turbulent flow meters.

Well, they vary depending upon fluid, temperature and pressure. It is not possible to generalise solutions.
