About 21.5 psi @ 60°F clean freshwater, but actually depends on water temperature and density. For example there will be a difference if water is sea water ~22psi @60°F, or freshwater~21.5 psi @60°F. Also the temperature will also greatly affect the pressure.

Water exerts a force of 0.433 PSI per foot of elevation.

27" water column = 1 psi So 2'-3" = 1 psi. Divide 50 ft by 2.3 = your pressure
