then how to the calculate the current carrying capacity in Al&Cop bus bar Can you help me

Current carrying capacity of any conductor (Al or Cu) depends on area of cross section.

Normal practice for calculating current carrying capacity is find the area of cross section, multiply with density of the material. Ex. Al density =1A, for copper = 1.6A etc.

25mm X 4mm thick Al can carry 100A

25mm X 3mm thick Cu can carry 100A current.

Copper Flat = 1.06A/sqmm, Copper Tube = 2.0A/sqmm

Al Flat = 1A/sqmm and Al tube = 1.25A/sqmm

my friend can you tell us how can we compare the benefits of Cu & Al bus bars ?

costing is one aspect but how do we cost it ?
