If in boiler the superheater coil metal design temp is 540 deg C (Steam side) , but by accidently it crossed up to 610 deg C for 10-15 min , wht will happen ??

The metal may begin to "creep", reducing its thickness in some places, and therefore reducing its strength at those places. The overall effect is to reduce the service life of the superheater coil, bringing forward the date that the boiler may need to be shut down for component-exchange maintenance on the superheater.

Yes, super heater tube leak is not very uncommon. But I was not sure if a short time exposure (10-15 min) to 640 C would be that much of an issue.
