Going gently on the loud pedal helps.

Take the roof rack off when not in use.

Imagine that you have a beaker of skunk oil sitting on the back floor. It is covered by a lid that prevents any of the odor escaping, but the lid will fall off it you jostle the beaker. Don't!

Smooooooooth, gentle acceleration when starting. Maintain a constant speed. Anticipate stopping as much as possible so that you can smoothly stop, too. Every time you apply the brakes, you've negated the fuel you just burned and turn it into waste heat at the brakes.

Air pressure, etc, etc as already mentioned.

Walk more lots of people out of habit will go to the store in their car which is a few blocks away to get items that could be easily carried while walking.

how i can save fuel in my car?

Place it in a gas can, place the gas can in the back seat, then park the car.

When you want to get the fuel out of your car, open the back door and remove the gas can.

Assuming you have made certain the engine is in excellent condition and properly tuned, one suggestion that is rarely mentioned is keeping the RPM as low as possible. This is easy with a manual transmission: simply upshift early and drive as if an egg were under the accelerator pedal. This is much harder with an automatic transmission because they are usually programmed for quick acceleration rather than maximum economy especially when driving up an incline.
