difference between hydra and crane

What is the difference between hydra and crane used at site for lifting heavy objects.

As others have indicated, a search of 'Hydra crane' and 'construction crane' produces too many crane variants

Can you please be very specific on what type of hydra crane compared to what type of other crane.
