Does anyone have a table for the Minimum Wire Space from Terminal Lugs to Enclosure.

It is specified in the relevant standard applicable to your specific country and application.

Where are you and what's your application?

That is going to depend upon where you are, what type of equipment you have and what voltage you are working with. If you are in the US, the standard is part of UL 508 for control panels, UL 845 for Motor Control Centers, UL 489 for enclosed circuit breakers etc. etc. etc. In Canada they would be various CSA standards and other countries, it is usually IEC standards.

can i have a copy for ul 489 for enclosed circuit breakers etc, for small panelboards, we are designing one
