On the bottom of the bend on a saxophone

there is a valve that the player can use to remove moisture from it.

The above is their international site. You should be able to get onto the appropriate branch or agent from there.

They also have a lot of good info on what is needed for both air and steam trapping.

First install a good dryer on the system and you should get very little moisture. For now check for a drain valve on the bowls where the water should be collecting and release the water. If there are none there should be an auto release valve that may be stuck. If neither are present, you have a problem. Install them!

In order to have less moisture in the air system, the following shall be installed inthe system:

1. air dryer

2. auto-drain valve (electrically actuated valve)

3. moisture separator

You may consult the supplier for further information.
