sir,

i want a 3- phase intermediate transformer for full load testing of 11/.44 kv transformers

so please tell me how to design

Your question is to broad, please provide much more information. What is your application? Why can you not just buy a standard transformer? What KVA rating do you need? What are the transformer specifications you require?

Please provide more information.
