Square tube bending machine

Hi

I would like to make an aluminium square tube (size-1") bending machine (manual type).The shape of the product should be parabolic (maximum tolerable deviation is 3mm). This is for the ribs of a special parabolic antenna. Would appreciate your advice.

The old satellite dish manufactures had such a jig. Give them a call and you might pick up a hydraulic one for cheap.

It's going to be a bit difficult for you as the shape is parabolic not circular. May be hot bending using a hot torch and lever on a template might work. Trial and error is required.
