Flow Lines for Nitrogen and Diesel

If I have Oil flow lines and I want to return it back to services after long time mothballed by the Nitrogen or by the Diesel is there any procedure for De-Mothballing flow line.

I hope to get the procedure for both media Nitrogen and Diesel

Discuss the possibility with the operations people, the controls people and the process people simultaneously at a HazOp Study. The procedure is something that can only be determined locally with full knowledge of plant conditions. A full and up-to-date set of P&IDs is vital to the process.
