Do you mean Turbine or Engine ?

If it is Engine it is almost throughout the world. The most may be only for statisticians. But hint is - it must be in the countries where grid power is not very reliable, and the lifestyle or industry demand the power availability.

If it is Turbine - then you have limitation. The only turbine that can be fired by the diesel is the Gas Turbine, and there you are limited to only a few countries.

Now Which one you mean?
