Is There a Formula for Magnetic Repulsion?

Hello everybody,

I want to know is there any particular formula for magnetic repulsion. pls help in this.

"formula for magnetic repulsion" is kind of general, don't you think? What, exactly, is it that you're wanting to know? Repulsive force as a function of distance? Something else?

Keep in mind that if it's an equation for force vs distance that you're looking for, unless you're working with simple dipole fields the field geometry can get out of hand quickly, and you may need to resort to FEA (finite-element analysis) tools to compute your stuff.

I've been looking at magnetics for some time now as some of you will know for my in the wheel form SPssATV experiment indexed at

and in the last few days came across the "Halburg array" the link to it's wiki added below

Although this of course is a little of topic it may be good for you to visit this page as it's interesting that the levitation is greater than previously used on Maglev trains.
