Thermoforming Process

Can somebody tell me about thermoforming process if I want to start from scratch and build parts? Which machine is the best to use and what is its limitation? What is the limitation in thermoforming process?

well there are a few I'm familiar with . brown , Lyle ,macc . and most likely more. as far as limitations it really depends what your trying to produce

what do you want to produce ? what is the maximum dimensions of the piece? what is thickness of sheet or else are you starting from? what production rate do you require ? do you have a good supply of electricity ? if not gas or other fuel ? with this date probably i can help.

Im interested also in buying a thermoform machine. does anyone know vendors of these equipment? or does anyone have equipment no more than 1 year of use that want to sell?

there are several types of thermo forming machines for various applications . What do you want to manufacture ? and in what quantities ?
