Inventor Weight Calculator?

Hi,

I use Inventor 9 and I was wondering if there is a way for the software to do two things. First, Can it calculate the actual or approx. weight of an assembly? Two, I use it mainly for furniture design and I wanted to know if I could somehow set it up to help me figure out approx. board feet of material or number of sheets of material etc.?

If someone know how this might be possible, can you give me an explanation or direct me to a good source for the answer.
