Looking for Information on API 653

I' am looking for some info on API 653 Spec with out having to spend a fortune, anybody got a pdf file they can send me

API 653 is copyrighted. But maybe we can request API to reduce the cost of the published article. It is very important for Environmentalist and in the Petroleum industry.

It is the intellectual property of the members of the API, who spent a lot of time and money to produce it. The price is fair and should be paid.
