Transformer Test Results and the Expected Values

Hi all

I have attached the meager test result of a 315 kva step-down transformer (15kv/400v) transformer (the test is carried out without the oil ).I didn't want to lose the oil I just want to be sure that the transformer is ok before I put the oil in . Please tell me whether the transformer is good or bad to use. Please tell me what the expected values are for each test.

15kv side with ground(WITH THE BODY OF THE TRANSFORMER)) Meager result in (Mega OHMS) with 500v meager Meager result in (Mega OHMS) with 1000v meager
U-g 2.5 1
