Why do we need neutral contactors for each generators in a group of generators (synchronized generators)? What problem could happen if we connect all the neutrals directly with the ground?
Is your system's neutral grounded through NGR (Neutral Grounding Resistor)?
If yes, then only one generator need to be grounded at a time (see the previous posting http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/36055 ). This could be the reason of separate neutral grounding contactor for each generator.

The best source of information is the Designer, whose name will be on the "for construction" drawings.
If the system is already built, then the name will be on the "as built" drawings.
If it is on neither of these, the original equipment manufacturer's contact details will be on the outside of the equipment.
If it isn't there then it will be in the maintenance information for the facility.
It is extremely unlikely that these sources of information are registered as users on CR4.
