What - instead of a deadweight tester?

Pressure devices are usually set up on the bench using a deadweight tester. It provides an easy way to set the thing up giving a high level of assurance that the thing is set to the correct pressure.

Using a chart may give erroneous settings particularly if the thing is worn or blocked, the consequence of which could include catastrophic self-disassembly of parts or all of the installation.

Were such a chart to be available, it would only be applicable to one maker's brand new valves, the make of which isn't stated in the original posting.
