Tsugami Thread Roll Machine A5D

i have this old (60's) hydraulic thread roll machine . it has two taper shafts (on which thread rolls are mounted). the expansion bushes (OD 54 and ID taper 43.8 mm - 49.8 mm, length 69 mm) are missing. i dont have any drawing for these expansion bushes and i need them urgently for making the expansion bushes on which i shall mount the thread roll. anyone having a similar TSUGAMI model A5D, hydraulic, 5 ton capacity could guide me
