It should be possible.

For interest sake there were quite a number of accidents with loss of life after I posted the thread.

The incline is just steep enough to heat the brakes on the delivery trucks over their limits that prevent them from stopping in the city centre. (kaboom)

The height I gave was feet and not meters.
