I hope there are some other members who will be in a position to help you, but there is a general question-

As you told you are doing final year project, I believe projects are done to judge the application ability of a student, application of whatever he or she learnt in the past years,

So my question why you need any external sites or books? why cant your existing books cover it?if your text books don't talk about a "download manger" then why you have chosen to work on it?

You should be able to do it by yourself by now.

Can I recommend a "Hello World" project for you?

At least something you can put on your CV
