Accidentaly Unsubscribed from CR4 Digest

08/15/2009 9:08 AM

I accidentally hit the unsubscribe button on the CR4 Digest page and I believe I have been unsubscribed as I havent received the digest today. How do I get resubscribed?

look into your spam.....sometimes for what ever reason it gets directed there, at least for me it does.

In the upper right corner, click your username (it will say Member: agua_doc). In your profile page, click the button that says "Edit Your Profile". In the "Edit Profile for agua_doc" page, scroll downward and look for "CR4 Daily Digest Subscription" and chose your subscription option in the drop down menu. Click "Save Profile Changes" button. Your done.

Go to your profile page, scroll to the bottom, and choose "receive Daily Digest" option in the appropriate drop down menu.

If this is already set, check spam folders, check with your IT department that they've not changed spam filters. If none of this works, PM Chris Leonard and Moose - they've already had to look into this for me. Two years later, I've suddenly started getting them again - albeit a day late

take off your clothes, grab your umbrella, and go to the mall and run around in circles.

I'll do that as a last resort. Would anybody be willing to bail me out of jail?

We're trying to help you, lets keep this serious and professional.

Hi aqua doc

Are you using Comcast as your isp? I haven't received the digest in several days. I sent a pm to Chris Leonard but haven't received a reply as yet. I know they are busy.

The last time this happened, May 2009, comcast had placed a block on just the digest address. Everything else was fine. They claimed they were being spammed via that address. (I won't express my real thoughts as to my experiences with comcast as there are ladies present)

You can still see subscribed discussions without being subscribed to the daily digest.
