Regardless of what your impression may be, this is not a free design service. We are not here to do your job for you. If you do not posses the competence to perform the blade design, hire someone who does. Maybe it's a cultural thing, I don't know.

Dear Shazia & Lynlynch, What do you think of my suggestion to the CR4 Administrators and Webmasters that Commercial Space be identified in the CR4 Sections?

It would be there between Civil Engineering and Communications, and I think cut down on just the sort of misunderstanding, or conflict I see in this thread.

Shazia, I see you have only 2 posts, and not much of an profile.

Lynlynch is a veteran and there really are not that many real participants on this Forum.

Right now there are only 192 people on the site, which is probably so small a fraction of the web audience compared to Facebook or even Linkedin that to figure it out might be embarrassing.

-at least to somebody... If your question had been posted as: I am looking to hire an engineer and or engineer and designer to create a Propeller suited for our aircraft engine and current plane, that is to be superior to others, and will pay for the work.

I imagine there would have been here no snit fits.

It is not uncommon at all for some to show up on CR4 and ask how to build a bomb, or design an electric motor for them.

Sometimes Terrorists want us to tell them how to make cheap cruise missiles.

P.S. The Bomb Bay doors on my Hal medium bomber are too light weight for the speed and low altitude my bomber is forced to take on its run. What better hydrolic arms and actuators, can I buy from a second supplier to fix my problem? And by the way if I want to get my transport plane to go a little faster on less fuel, do you think it might help if I taper back and turn to a point the prop blades? Should I use Yew wood, or carbon fiber?

Dear Mr. Guru

I understand that this is the forum for the the veterans and infact .. i do not have any physical science background to assess any body's profile.. it was for the fact that our company needs certain kind of discreet expertise...all in the benefit of the nation...since the project is not to be disclosed in public..and its not meant for hiring on a regular payroll....it going to be a specific assignment..where in the senior experts would have a face to face discussions.

am still looking for experts who have a good reasoning in terms of transformers, generators, machine design and blade design.... i will put up my e mail id... on the post...but am not so sure ...for the spams and unwanted messages hogging my inbox....

Mr. Guru..we are looking for profiles who have an industrial background..... and are group of experts coming from the best of institutions.

Am looking for more experts..from every nook and corner of India..to serve the nation better.

Tell me if i can spk to you over the phone to a brief understanding if you could help us.

I'm more of an assembler Director type.

In other words I know some of the people in this forum or out of my life on the real ground, who could help you.

The title is Aerospace Blade Design.

On the one hand you say this is to be discreet, while this is a public forum and really anyone can read it.

Possibly you may need to learn a bit about discretion, since now anybody in the world could know that some guys in India want to know about whatever it is you want to know about.

I don't think it is particularly illegal for an India company to hire a US Citizen, since last I knew India and the US were allies.

I have wondered along the way, why India has not seemed to be able to produce any aircraft of its own, of any reputation.

You have thrown me off with electrical terms like transformers, and generators, and even blades, which I took as another word for propellers.

Possibly you are working on Wind Turbines for Electric generation.

If you click on Globalspec you can simply find companies that will legally be able to sell you whatever you need.

HAL in Bangalore is an aircraft design company I have read about some, and they may as well have some insight into your quest, internal to your nation, though for some reason India buys US aircraft, or Russian stuff, or French stuff.

Sure enough you can call me, but I might want a paycheck for the consultation, especially if I have to call the State Department and ask if it is okay to work with you.

I hear Bangalore is really nice.
