signing up for CR4

a friend want to sign up for CR4 what website does he have to go to. what is the simpliest way to sign up.

You apparently signed up.

How'd you do that?

Seems to me, if I remember correctly, I was looking at batteries on Globalspec, and signed up from there.

The red bar across the top says Member: Bondy111. When you are not signed in it says Login/Register
