Protection With CBCT

I want to protect one small transformer. for that i installed fuse for O/C protection and for ground fault i want to use CBCT (core balance current transformer). when e/f occur and trip command trip the Load brake switch (with trip coil). Now how can i select a ratio of CBCT? how coordination is done with other e/f device.

Transformer rating is 5MVA, 22/6.6kV.
