The following indicates

Lines - Cables

Boxes - Switch boxes, Junction boxes., etc

Text - Name plates & ranges

and rest of the elements are what?

Lines, boxes and text. Oh, and a border. On paper, usually. Dont forget the pen or pencil to draw the line, boxes and text on the paper.
