Asking anonymous strangers is not in the procedure.

"the steps, procedures and formulas to design 120KV 0r 220KV transformer" are normally learned in school.

And, it's not a good idea to publish your e-address. You'll get spammed.

To design any Transformer you need following input, Your question is not complete.

1) Load details and Load type i.e resistive, Inductive

2) Based on Load details KVA ratings of transformer is decided.

3) From Available Utility Primary Voltage you need to decide secondary voltage of transformer whetr 120 KV secondary is Step up or Step down.

4) No of Turns will be based on Voltage per turns

5) voltage per Turns can be find out by Following Formula

Voltage /Turns = k.(Q)^1/2 K is factor normally 0.45 and Q is KVA rating of Transformer.

6) based on above formula Primary /Secondary can be counted N1/N2 = E1/E2

Thus transformer can be designed.

The proper procedure is to get extensive proper professional training in this incredibly dangerous and specialised area.

Another university course is a good place to start. Seriously, you should know that as an 'Electrical engineer', even if you just graduated from your degree and specialised in microprocessors (you are a university Degree graduate aren't you?).

Why would you want to do this. You can buy one already built. Home work maybe?

How do you want to design a transformer? You don't even specified the rated KVA, the transformer impedance value, the type of transformer configuration, power losses, voltage losses, maximum temperature rise, sizes of the transformer length and diamension....and e.t.c.

Do you think it so simple......
