The reason is that the two pieces of equipment and their wiring are not exactly identical.

Why is this perceived as "this trouble"? It is to be expected.

Dear

There would be always difference in two generator because of their charecteristics.Based on the charecter there would be load sharing so practically both Generator can not share equal loading and never.

THERE IS A DROOP SETTING THAT WILL ENABLE THE GENERATORS TO PICK UP LOAD TOGETHER OR ONE BEFORE THE OTHER, SET THEM THE SAME AND SEE IF THEY WORK BETTER TOGETHER. EVERY GENERATOR IS UNIQUE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PLAY WITH THE ADJUSTMENTS OF GAIN. GET A MANUAL OF THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR, SPEED CONTROLLER AND LOAD SHARING MODULE AND READ UP ON THE ADJUSTMENTS. THE SENSITIVITY ON THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR MAY NOT BE SET CORRECTLY TOO.

GOOD LUCK

try to tune the speed ,HZ (Gevernor)of the both DG and the Dropp at the Alternator AVR.

does your Synchronizing system in Automatic or Manual ? , and does the system have any load share module ? if yes, tune the Load Share Module.
