Maintenance Cost per Tonne of Finished Pulp

Can KPI and question be explained further.

I am trying to establish a "norm" for the maintenance cost per tonne of finished pulp - as a % of the total cost. I think the % figure would be easier for me to handle as all mills have different costs and currencies.

I would like to get a range of numbers, compare them with ours and see how we rate against others. I am new to this industry so have nothing to compare with.

The metric I am looking for is something like "our maintenace costs are 5% of total costs per tonne finished product".

I was not looking for specific $/tonne. Just the presentage that maintenance costs are, for the cost of a tonne of dried pulp.
