I have a Trans Am car 1999, it have electric front light. When I put the alarm or close the door one of the electrict light opend and make a noise until it is close, the other did not make noise. The noise come fron the electric engine, it is winding for some time and then stopt and the noise to. I wonder how this system work and how I can fix it.

The lights have a limit switch that shuts off the power to the lights when they reach the end of their travel. If the travel limiter switch, or the part that touches that is loose, you will get the same results. Try looking for loose components on the noisy motor. Good luck.

TRY DISCONNECTING AND RECONNECTING THE BATTERY CABLES. THIS RESETS THE ONBOARD COMPUTERS.
