Automated Valves

09/03/2009 6:55 AM

Dear Sirs,

I am trying to look out for a automised valve which can be used to control and regulate pressure and flow of high compressed air to Chiller. The incoming pr of the Compressed air has to 4 kg/sec and temperature varying from 20 deg C to 45 deg C.The above air is for seperation of various gases from the air.

Automise is a piece of software by VSoft Technologies - did you mean automated?

At what pressure is your incoming air?

....and is it the flow that needs to be controlled, or it is actually the pressure?

Also, what is the line size, and what is supposed to come out of the air at 20-45degC?

Are you looking for automated valves, as the title to this thread now suggests?

You mean an automatic air pressure reducing valve? Try Spirax Sarco DP17. It is pilot operated and maintains pre-set downstream pressure irrespective of any up stream fluctuation.
