For how long before it burns out, please?

Drop back to basics: what is this thing installed to do?

OK...Now that you have the Armature out of the frame, here's what you need to do...

1) Carefully press the shaft out of the laminations.

2) Find laminations big enough to handle the new rotor bars

3) ReCast the Rotor bars and shorting rings

4) Get the rebuilt Armature carfully balanced

5) Now go and get the Frame and Stator, these can now be rebuilt to match the Armature..

On Second thoughts, apply reality and go and buy a 10kW Motor off the shelf.

Regards,
Sapper.

....and upgrade the supply wiring and protection devices to match it before switching it on.

another innovative trial may be made....

pour the high voiltage resin in the existing armature winding, up grade the voltage level from 220 v to 440 v or 414v to 800 v, replace the bearing of higher caPACITY TOO.
